Mesaba Negotiation update:  April 21, 2006

At this afternoon's status conference in bankruptcy court, it was agreed to by all parties to extend the deadline for the decision on Mesaba's motion to reject the
collective bargaining agreements of AMFA, AFA, and ALPA. The decision has been extended to May 11, 2006. There are currently no negotiations scheduled for next week for AMFA. We expect to schedule negotiations with Mesaba for the week of May 1 through 5. ALPA is scheduled to continue their mediated negotiations next week.

There will be another status conference in bankruptcy court next Friday.
