Position:  Forklift Maintenance Mechanic

Location:  SUPERVALU Distribution Center   Fargo, North Dakota

Description:  Immediate full-time opening for Forklift Repair/Maintenance person.   Estimated hours are:  Sunday through Thursday  --  1:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.  Duties include maintenance and repair of forklifts, pallet jacks and related electrical and hydraulic equipment, as well as assigned miscellaneous duties.  

Qualifications:  The successful candidate will be able to pass a company physical, a drug test and background check, plus have:

•     2-year degree in Mechanical Maintenance Repair or two years of related technical experience

•     Forklift and pallet jack repair experience preferred

•            Proficient welding skills a plus

Compensation:  Starting is $13.73 which is 70% of full rate with a 36 month progression to full rate.  Union shop represented by the Teamsters Local 116.
