Bylaws Revision

In February, 2006, the Local 33 Bylaws are subject to revision as mandated in the Bylaws Article XI, Section 3, which states:

Normal Bylaw revision period

A normal review and revision process of the Local 33 Bylaws will be made every even year commencing in the month of February. The Bylaws Committee will accept written proposals from the membership on a standard Local 33 form, for changes to the Bylaws for revision thereto, which will then be compiled and submitted to a vote of the membership for their approval or rejection under the procedures as set forth in these Bylaws.

Forms for submitting proposed changes to the Local 33 Bylaws (form 33-1048) may be obtained and will be accepted at the Local 33 office in person, by FAX, or US Mail beginning February 1, 2006. The final date for submitting proposed changes will be 4:00 PM CT Friday, February 17, 2006.
