Ballots have been mailed to your homes for the purpose of electing a new local president, an airline representative and three auditors. If you have not received a ballot, or you have spoiled your ballot, contact the local office at . All ballots must be at the post office by December 16th at 8:00 a.m. in order to be counted.
If you currently have recall rights to a station and you want to maintain those rights you must file a new recall notice with the NWA Bid Desk in the month of December. Refer to Article 11.7 (C) for full details regarding your recall rights. If you fail to file a new recall notice in December you will forfeit your recall rights.
In spite of the challenges that face our industry today there are still many things in our lives to be thankful for. Please take a moment this Thanksgiving Holiday to consider how truly fortunate we are to live in this great country.

With the closing of the ATL maintenance base hundreds, perhaps thousands, of AMFA members will be forced to exercise their seniority rights. Local 33 has stated many times that we intend to do everything we can for the ATL members. I want to make it clear that while the ATL members have been our focus they are not our only concern. Any AMFA member that is relocating to MSP will receive our full support and assistance. We know that the bumping will be an on going process for the months to come and we are prepared to welcome all comers regardless of your station of origin.
